Peaslake Consulting is an independent consulting firm providing consulting services and interim management to clients in the manufacturing and engineering sectors. We work alongside companies contemplating significant change as they define, plan and implement growth investments, major capital projects, restructuring programmes, acquisitions and disposals.
My Story
An experienced business executive and former management consultant, I have extensive experience leading manufacturing businesses and delivering transformational change.

I began my career at BAE Systems and studied lean manufacturing at Kawasaki Heavy Industries in Japan. Next, a twelve-year spell in professional services, where I advised businesses across Europe on manufacturing footprint, corporate strategy and acquisitions while working at Andersen Consulting (Accenture) and LEK Consulting. Returning to industry in 2010, I joined the corporate development team at TT Electronics before moving into business leadership roles. I spent eight years running global electronics businesses serving customers in the aerospace, defence and industrial markets. More recently, I have led programmes to relocate factories, integrate acquisitions and consolidate manufacturing operations.

​I hold a bachelor’s degree in aeronautical engineering from the University of Bristol and a master’s degree in finance from London Business School. Living in Wimbledon in South West London, I am a father of one son and married to Reiko. My passions are cycling in the Surrey Hills, walking on the moors, coaching junior sport, rugby (Bristol Bears) and cricket (Somerset CCC).
